Power bars in 9 minutes
An order for my pre-workout POWER bars is ready!
Preparation time – 9 minutes ?
I soaked dates in hot water (around 20 minutes). Next, I added other ingredients and blended them all into a mixture. Then I put it in a cake tin forming a thin layer, sprinkled with salt and Goji berries. I kept it in the fridge for 3 hours. Finally, I cut it up into pieces.
It’s best to eat as a snack BEFORE a workout or right AFTER it.
