AN AVOCADO AND COCOA PUDDING
I’m excited for new Christmas recipes 🙂
My kitchen is currently a culinary lab. There is mixing, creating, testing and experimenting.
This time I created an avocado and cocoa pudding. I add root spices to almost all of my Christmas recipes as they make you think of winter and Christmas.
The only thing missing is snow – let’s order some and everything will be perfect 🙂
AVOCADO AND COCOA pudding
Put all the ingredients (apart from almonds and salt) into a food processor and mix. Then sprinkle with salt and mix. Thanks to salt, the flavour will be unique – sweet and salty. Hope you’ll like it.
Put almonds at the bottom of a glass, cover it with avocado cream and decorate with fruit, black currant for example.
Chocolate ‘checkerboard’
How to do it:
Melt a few chocolate squares. Take a teaspoon and draw a check pattern on parchment paper. Let it cool down and put it into the fridge.
Pudding can also be used as a cake filling. For example – a very simple, beetroot brownie.
