Pumpkin Dumplings

Pumpkin season is in full swing and I’ve been trying to create new recipes with pumpkins all this time. Why? It is delicious, nutritious, and looks beautiful on the plate. What’s more, itā€™s cheap and easily available. Do we need anything else to be overjoyed? Yes – a simple recipe šŸ™‚ I have one on hand so let’s head to the kitchen!



I baked the pumpkin in the oven until tender. Then I left it to cool, peeled and blended. I added all the remaining ingredients and kneaded the dough. Then I formed small rolls, cut them into smaller pieces and cooked in salted water for 3 minutes after they floated to the surface.
