Raspberry & Flax Pudding
Chia pudding has become very popular. This sweet snack is available in lots of cafes and restaurants, not only those that only offer healthy meals. Have you ever tried flax pudding? It’s our local product that’s rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids. It can be a great and much cheaper alternative to chia seeds. You must try it! 🙂
Preparation:
I poured coconut drink into the pot. I added xylitol, ground flaxseed and raspberries, and stirred while cooking over low heat until the mixture thickened. I poured the pudding into a cup, let it cool, and finally sprinkled it with almond flakes and crushed walnuts.
