Raspberry tart. No gluten, no lactose

Let me show you today another variation of healthy sweets. This time it’s raspberry and forest fruit tart, gluten and lactose-free. When some guests pop in and you need a healthy and quick alternative, this is it! Your friends and family will be delighted and the tart will disappear in no time 🙂

 

Preparation:

I put the flour, yolk, clarified butter (from the fridge), baking soda, coconut sugar and water into a big bowl and kneaded the dough. Then I placed it in a round tin lined with baking parchment. I baked it at 180℃ for about 20 minutes.

I mixed the jam with forest fruit, chia seeds and maple syrup, spread it over the chilled tart crust and refrigerated the cake for about 20 minutes.

I finished it off with some raspberries.
