Raspberyy Smoothie
I know that you adore smoothies just as much as I do! This is my first choice when I need a quick, light meal. I often take smoothies with me in the morning when I have to leave home early, and I drink them during the day as a nutritious, healthy snack or after an evening workout, so as not to overload the digestive system before falling asleep.
The number of combinations is endless, so I am sure that everyone can create at least a few favorite ones. My fruity inspiration for today is raspberry flavor. Ready to check it out?
Preparation:
I blended all the ingredients with a bit of water to get the right consistency of the smoothie.
