REALLY FIT PASTA!
Two days ago I started Vegetarian week. Something for interested.
Really fit pasta!
I tried the Asian noodles in various versions, pubs with kitchen Far East we have a lot I Poland. But few know about the composition of these noodles and threads. I tested new pasta today – konnyak – rich in water-soluble dietary fiber, fat, sugar, starch and protein, and wheat gluten with a minimum calorie. It is produced from the plant called konjac strange and equally strange, but phenomenally beautiful flowers, which you probably heard of.
Pasta is easy to use – simply rinse it well and add to the heated in a pan sauce or vegetables. I made it with asparagus and leeks that I cooked on grapeseed oil (clarified butter will do as well) with a little water and spices (a pinch of salt, thyme, white pepper).
