Roast meat patties with vegetables

Today I would like to offer you meat patties, but of course with vegetables 🙂 They are very simple to make and thanks to baking instead of frying, are definitely a healthier alternative to traditional meat chops. Try them, and I am sure they will become one of your favorite recipes 🙂 .

 

PREPRATION:
I grounded the meat and added grated zucchini, chopped broccoli, egg and spices. I formed the patties (you can also use the muffin molds) and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 -25 minutes. I served the dish with baked zucchini and pasta (in my case, gluten- free 🙂 ).
