Roasted chicken with root vegetables!

Sometimes we have no idea what to prepare for lunch or dinner. Sometimes, however, we do not have time. The solution is to cook a dish that you can eat for a few days 🙂

What about a chicken prepared for 3 days? You can cut it and drop it into the lunchbox. It will be a great dish to eat it at home or as a take out. If the meat is should obviously be accompanied by vegetables. Let’s use the fact that we prepare the chicken in the oven and bake the vegetables together with it. Choose root vegetables.

In addition, you can cut potatos  and sprinkle them with olive oil, add spices and bake on a separate shelf in the oven.

Preparation:
Pour the oil and spices into the mug and mix it.  Cut garlic into slices and place it inside washed and dried chicken.

Cover the chicken  with the oil and spices. The remaining marinade pour into the chicken, also add twigs of rosemary. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the meantime, peel the vegetables and cut them into strips. Spread them on baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil and spices: salt, pepper and thyme. Place the chicken, next to veggies
Bake by changing sides every 20 minutes. Together for  about 80 minutes.
