Roasted White Sausage in Herbs
Just like every year, there will be lots of traditional Easter dishes next to healthy varieties on my table, for example sour rye soup, deviled eggs, or white sausage.
I associate white sausage mainly with Easter. I guess for many of you it’s hard to imagine Easter without white sausage. We usually serve it with sour rye soup or horseradish soup. But it tastes just as good when roasted. Today I have a recipe for roasted white sausage in herbs.
Preparation:
Cook the sausages with red onions, salt and pepper. Next, roast them in preheated oven with herbs and white sausage. Sprinkle with olive oil and decorate with cooked red onions.
