A WARM-UP IN A GLASS
November and December are the worst months for our psyche. A small amount of sunlight, cold. Autumn blues is a fixed expression for a reason. Many of us don’t want to get out from their blankets at this time of the year.
I’ve got and idea: let’s protest against autumn’s bad Feather and mist! Don’t let the greyness take our joy. Let’s smile against all odds! It’s harder to exercise, isn’t it? But it’s even more worht it! Endorphines and satisfaction after training work like a vitamin dose! Aaa, and it makes me think that it’s time for a vitamin D supplementation!
Luckily for us, we can provide our organisms with sunlight just by drinking a glass of a warming drink 🙂 Drinking it on an empty stomach will prevent you from psychic hypothermia and add some colors to your day.
Early morning warm-up drink:
- hot water
- ginger
- lemon (or a grapefruit seeds extract)
- cayenne pepper (a grain)
- apple vinegar – 3 spoons
And one more warm-up:
- ginger
- green tea
- lemon
- cayenne pepper
- a teaspoon of honey (optional)
- apple pieces
- mint leaves
