We are starting active summer! Event in Gdańsk coming on 20th June.
Summer is coming in leaps and bounds, temperature is jumping up and we start to get rid of our jackets, jumpers and thick sweatshirts.
Looking at that , first it would be nice to get rid of the ‘unwanted ballast’ that is stored on the sides, second – improve our fitness.
