Move! part 3 – september
September is the perfect month to plan your time until the next holiday . Yes , I know – most of you have this time filled with school/ professional duties, family and household.
But I wilI urge you to find in your schedule some time for physical activities . I wrote about hypokinesis , which I will remind you about again and again . I published a set of positives vibes brought by systematic training . Today, please write down the plan of the week ( for the next 10 months) , which will have at least 3 workouts.
Do you like to work in a group, because others are motivating you ? join the club for classes that you like , or you hope to like. Whether you’re too big , too thin , without any condition or shy … It doesnt matter clubs are for people! Afraid of critical glances ? It’s great , act so you never have to be afraid of them ! Can you survive a critical look ? Yes! You will not die , i promise! Most of the expected criticism is ONLY in your head – it’s ghostly voice of your inner troll . Even if you get short of breath after 10 minutes , stop / rest / take a breath and move on. After a few weeks it will get better . It might happen that someone will laugh when you perform an exercise in a clumsy way . Laugh with him and use the anger for further exercises !
Do you have a stressful job ,are you sitting for hours behind a desk / wheel ? You can choose yoga – it will calm you down, it will take care of your spine and it will teach you to be aware of your body.
You prefer to train alone? You dont have any gym near you, or maybe no extra cash to allow you to train at the gym ? Doesnt matter! You can practice at home, in the park, on a meadow . School playgrounds are usually empty in the afternoons, its a pitty that nobody is playing football or basketball there. On my DVD you have a lot of workouts proposals that you do at home alone , also on my blog I am suggesting sets of exercises , which do not need a well- equipped room .
Swim, bike, run!! Do it with your family whenever you can !
Children need HOURS a day dedicated to physical activity . Dont only focus on the intellectual development of your baby , because the movement is the basis of your health! traditional karate is perfect- there are classes for all ages , it is a sport and a beautiful philosophy of life!
Hang your sport schedule in visible places, inspire family , friends , colleagues . My friends year after year are renting school gym halls to play volleyball . Emotions at their matches are as big as at the world championships !You can find your training group on the internet as well!
Its all possible!

I’m fourteen and I train karate,as you wrote it’s graet sport and I think kids of my age should be more active. It’s about they health.As you wrote the school playgrounds are empty.
