Brussels sprouts – who likes it? How should eat it? Salad with Brussels sprouts
For a long time i didnt eat brussels sprouts, only because of the food intolerance I had to eliminate it from the diet for 1 year.
Now, during the second trimester I have the biggest craving for brussels sprouts 🙂
Too healthy ..? :))) Maybe so, but better than continuous desire for chocolate 🙂
Brussels Sprouts due to the presence of folic acid are recommended for pregnant women 🙂 it also contains chlorophyll, indoles, dithiothiony and glucosinolate and vitamin K, C, A, B6 and B1. It also contains potassium, magnesium and sodium. You musy admit that the list of nutrients can be tempted to put the “small cabbage” permanently to our menu;)

Preparation
Steam cook the brussels sprouts- this way you will keep the valuable ingredients for example myrosinase enzyme which is destroyed subjected to high temperature. In contrast, undercooked brussels can causes a problem with absorption of iodine!
Meanwhile,on a frying pan roast sesame. When the sprouts will be ready, mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
