Steak
I don’t specialize in steaks (it’s still ahead of me), but I happen to cook them. It is usually when my organism is loaded with workouts very much as, for example, during the previous training camp.
The meat for steak should come from a reliable source, best if it comes from a cow fed especially for meat. Rib steak, rump cut and sirloin are best for steaks.
The preparation is simple. A raw steak should be washed thoroughly and dried with a paper towel. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Grease a grilling pan with a towel saturated with oil and heat the frying pan well. Put the meat in the frying pan but do not press it because then it loses its juice. After 2 minutes turn the steak over and spread a little bit of clarified butter with garlic and rosemary. Turn it over again and carry on frying. Cook it as you like it, rare, medium or done. It took about 6 minutes for me to complete.
After you have removed the pan from heat, let it breathe and do not cut it. I sprinkled it with sesame. Chew the meat thoroughly! If you suffer from indigestion, you may drink a tablespoon of apple vinegar with a little bit of water before the meal.
I served the steaks with vegetables.
Perhaps you will ask why meat? It hasn’t been on the blog for a long time. So, I eat meat recently, not much, but I eat it. This is my dietary recommendation at the moment 🙂
