EASTER SALAD WITH EGGS – CLEARLY ;)

Usually, the king of the Easter table is our Polish vegetable salad, covered in mayonnaise. I recommend and alternative :).

Avocado salad with eggs

How to do it:

Clean kale and spinach carefull, then dry them with paper towels.

Steam kale leaves (without stalks) for about 6 minutes.

Boil eggs mollet, in salty water – 6 minutes. You’ll get a hard-boiled egg white and partly boiled yolk.

Put kale and spinach (divided into small parts) into a bowl, eggs and sliced avocado. Prepare sauce in a seperate bowl: apple vinegar, linseed oil, mustard, sea salt, black pepper – mix.

Sprinkle salad with sauce and sesame seeds.
