Vietnamese-Style Beef with Turmeric and Buckwheat Pasta

Gluten-free pasta is gaining popularity. In stores, you will often find these types of products based on legumes (lentils, peas, chickpeas), but also buckwheat, millet or probably one of the best known – rice noodles. It is worth diversifying your diet and trying out different solutions. You can find many of them in my store HERE.  This time I chose buckwheat spaghetti for the recipe below 🙂

Preparation:

I cooked the pasta following the recipe on the packaging. I cut the meat into thin strips, seasoned with soy sauce and pepper and mixed with pressed garlic. I chopped the onion, chili pepper, mushrooms, and fried them in hot clarified butter. I added the meat and fried until golden. I added a bit of water, coconut milk, lemon juice, spices and stewed until the meat was tender.

I put the pasta into a bowl, added the beef with sauce, a piece of avocado, and topped with dill, cilantro, and chives.
