Spring Strawberry and Beet Leaves Smoothie

Do you use veggies when preparing nutritious smoothies? It’s a great way to enrich your diet with valuable nutrients.

I recommend this recipe if you have trouble convincing your kids to eat green leaves of spinach, arugula, or beetroot 😉

 

Preparation:

I put all the ingredients into a blender and mixed adding water gradually until the smoothie had the right consistency.
