Sweet Amaranth Balls
A healthy diet can be really simple! You can prepare this snack in minutes and you only need four ingredients. Amaranth balls can be a great alternative to ready-made sweets from the store. They will also be perfect as a tasty snack for children. How about serving them at a kids’ party?

Preparation:
I soaked the dates in boiling water and set them aside for about 15 minutes. Then I drained and blended them with cinnamon and lemon juice. I mixed the blended dates with amaranth. I formed balls from the mixture, tossed them in amaranth and put them in the fridge for a few minutes to cool.
