Sweet Raspberry Brownie!

Brownie, or chocolate cake… mmm… my favorite! You’ve probably noticed that ? I keep coming up with new versions, this time it’s with raspberries. Don’t worry, I know the season for raspberries is still ahead that’s why I used frozen fruit. Frozen foods are always great in this transitional period before fresh produce is available. Preparation:

I whipped the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Then I melted the clarified butter with 180g of dark chocolate. I combined all the dry ingredients and mixed them with the eggs and chocolate. I stirred in the raspberries and cranberries. I baked the cake for about 40 minutes at 180°C. When ready, I left it to cool, melted the rest of the chocolate and poured it over the brownie.
