Today it's tasty and quick cocktail for everyone. What delicacies did I use to prepare it?
Did I already write that I'm glad that spring is here? ... well at least spring vegetables because the right weather this year comes much slower :)
Recently I devoted a few words to liver and health troubles which can lead to over-burdening of this important organ.
How about pancakes for lunch? Who does not like pancakes :), so why not?
Are bored of the traditional broth? I suggest a small modification that will add to it not only the unique taste, but also a new color. Consomme with beetroots? Why not?
You've probably noticed already that I don't really eat dairy and my recipes usually lack it. But this time I decided to add some goat milk cheese. If I was to recommend dairy at all it would be goat's, for sure.
It's a perfect February dinner recipe. You can use sunny squash or warming-up carrots. Pickled beetroots and garlic are responsible for the taste and nutrition :).
