Chilled Beet Soup with Eggs

It’s time to start preparing for Easter. That’s why you will see more and more ideas for the Easter table here. Apart from traditional recipes for Easter dishes, I will also show you lots of novelties. How about chilled beet soup with an egg? Chilled soup instead of sour rye soup for Easter? Why not!

 

Preparation:

Wash the beets and boil in water. When cooked, take them out and leave to cool. Chill the water in which you cooked the beets and stir in the spices, plant-based yogurt and lemon juice. Prepare hard-boiled eggs and serve with the soup.
