We like cucumbers bur we rarely appreciate their nutrition values. And they have plenty of those.
The heat is taking its toll, especially because it has been lasting for so long. Lots of people feel weak, some of them can hardly concentrate, and some others show apathy. Does exercising in such conditions make sense? It does. But do it wisely.
It was great! It’s amazing to meet so many wonderful and positive people in one place at the same time! What a pity it’s over now.
Here is the first batch of photos from the Camp. I hope they will render its atmosphere a little. And the atmosphere is first of all healthy :)
Breakfast in the summer is fresh fruit breakfast! Today I ate an ideal meal before a workout: porridge with pomegranate and raspberries.
Hurray! We have summer! We have fresh fruit and vegetables!
