Grated carrots with blueberries

Grated carrots with blueberries and linseed oil
Ingredients:
- 2 big carrots
- 1/2 cup of blueberries or other forrest fruits
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of linseed oil or coconut oil
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
Preparation:
Shred the carrots, add spices, pumpkin seeds and berries, gently mash it with a fork. Mix well and pour linseed oil.
