Date and Cardamom Pudding

This pudding is my new craze for cold days! 🙂 The smell and the taste of cardamom is so yummy it just knocks me out! And the taste? Sweet and sour and cardamom! You must try it!

 

Preparation:

I put the milk in a small pot, added pitted dates, cranberries and coconut sugar. I cooked it for about 8-10 minutes over medium heat. At the end I added the warming spices and blended everything until smooth. I transferred the mixture into a box and refrigerated it to cool down. When ready, I formed balls with a scoop and served.
