Thai Vacation mango salad with almond dressing
On hot summer days, you really, really don’t feel like standing and cooking in the kitchen.
Well, but you have to eat something, right? :). Game-changer? Healthy salads :). They are delicious and colorful, and do not require several hours of standing in the kitchen heated by the gas rings.

Thai salad with almond/cashew dressing
Preparation:
First off, thoroughly wash all the products.
Next, cut the lettuce into thin threads, grate the carrots, and cut the cucumbers into slices and triangles. As for the peppers, mango, and avocado, dice them all. Then, mix everything together and prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients.
And now all you have to do is dress the salad.
