I am not done yet! In addition to the possibility of adjusting the diet, you also choose 2 training levels – the first one, classic, is adapted to the needs of people who have not trained at all or prefer moderate physical activity.
I have prepared the SPORT mode for those who want to improve the efficiency of their workouts and achieve even better results.
In the SPORT version, you can enter detailed information about the trainings you are planning.
In the menu you will find snacks which you can eat before and after training.
