Today, I’m writing about stabilization again. By inserting a few posts about it in a short time, I want to place the emphasis on the importance of such exercises as well as the necessity of including them systematically in your workouts.
Stabilization exercises are very important! I have been writing about them before and I will be writing because they are still neglected by too many people. A strong muscular corset around the backbone is a must!
The heat is taking its toll, especially because it has been lasting for so long. Lots of people feel weak, some of them can hardly concentrate, and some others show apathy. Does exercising in such conditions make sense? It does. But do it wisely.
Are you a runner? Do you exercise to lose weight? Do you cover long distances on your bike?
It was great! It’s amazing to meet so many wonderful and positive people in one place at the same time! What a pity it’s over now.
