Stabilization training

Today, I’m writing about stabilization again. By inserting a few posts about it in a short time, I want to place the emphasis on the importance of such exercises as well as the necessity of including them systematically in your workouts.

Stabilization training is based on taking advantage of deep muscles. It is important in order to strengthen the muscles wrapping the torso from shoulders to pelvis. Not everybody is aware that proper functioning of those muscles has an influence on coordination of upper and lower limbs. If you practise on a regular basis, you will avoid backbone pains or significantly reduce them. Besides, stabilization training makes abdominal muscles stronger. It also aims at strengthening the weakened muscles and correcting the posture. Stabilization training is exceptionally important after suffering from injuries.
Repeat each exercise 3 times keeping your abdomen and buttocks tense for 30 seconds and the body in one line!
