Vegetable pate with sweet potato with dried tomatoes

How about mix of sweet potatoes, celery and millet. I will say YES because this pate is not only delicious it is also very nutritious. Excellent for vegans and vegetarians and for meat eating crowd as the perfect snack between meals.
You often ask what should you use to “glue” the food instead of eggs. Remember about the flaxseed because with the addition of water it is an excellent thickener. I wrote about its properties many times. Flax seed is also a sensational addition to smoothies, baked goods or sauces.
Vegetable pate with sweet potato with dried tomatoes
Preparation:
Cook vegetables and millet separately. Blend it all and add spices. Once done, add sunflower seeds and pieces of dried tomatoes. Place the pate in the baking tray and add sliced tomatoes on top. Pre heat the oven up to 180 degrees and bake for approx. 45 minutes. Leave it in the oven for a little while.
