SAVORY CUPCAKES – PERFECT FOR YOUR LUNCHBOX
My suggestion for today’s meal are savory cupcakes. You can easily take them with you to work or school.
Boil buckwheat. Chop the onion and fry it on coconut oil. Then, chop the tomatoes and slice the broccolis. Take a bowl, add boiled buckwheat, spices and linseed inside. Blend it all, add tomatoes, broccolis and onion and mix. Fill in a cupcake form with the dough and bake for 30 min in 180 degrees.
