Roast Chicken Wrapped in Parma Ham
Are you looking for an idea for a wholesome, flavorsome lunch that you can make in a few minutes? Just season the meat and wrap it in ham slices, cut the vegetables into strips, then put the whole thing in the oven and wait for the delicious result! 🙂
Preparation:
I preheated the oven to 180℃. Next, I seasoned the meat with salt, pepper, and herbs. I rubbed it with pressed garlic and sprinkled it with lemon juice. Then I wrapped the meat in ham and placed it in a greased baking dish. I placed halved tomatoes on top.
I cut the sweet potato and celery root into strips, seasoned them with sweet pepper, salt, and drizzled some olive oil on them. I put them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Finally, I put it all into the preheated oven and roasted until the meat was tender and the fries turned slightly golden brown.
