Spaghetti Bolognese with zucchini noodles

I am beginning the week with spaghetti bolognese, but … made with zucchini. There are various methods for preparing zucchini threads. Personally, I use a special vegetable / fruit  spiralizer with a container HERE. It’s easy and fast to use.

 Meat spaghetti with zucchini noodles

Preparation:

Simmer a ghee butter on a deep, large pan, add finely chopped onions, garlic and spices. Then add minced meat, let it cook on a high heat and stir it with a wooden spatula. After a few minutes add broth, tomato puree and diced tomatoes. Cook on low heat, covered for about 45 minutes, stirring every now and then. At the end add a grated carrot and corn and cook for another 5 minutes. In the meantime wash the zucchini thoroughly, cut off the tips and prepare pasta with a spiral. Add it into a hot pan with a little water and warm it on high heat. Place the zucchini into a deep plate and then add sauce with meat
