Pancakes for kids – it’s pure health hidden in pancake

Does your child keeps saying: I won’t eat the greens, I don’t want the groats, it tastes no good…?

And you wonder how to talk them into trying out some new flavours? How to sneak in some healthy groats to their diet, e.g. buckwheat groats?

Healthy properties of buckwheat have been known for a long time. It is gluten-free and the protein it contains has a very well-balanced aminoacid composition. Buckwheat is also a great source of fiber and B vitamins.

Try my recipe for delicious pancakes and you’ll see Your child eating happily dishes with some buckwheat in them 🙂

Preparation:

Mix and mash all ingredients with a fork. Melt butter in a pan and fry pancakes over low heat.
