Egg soup on a broth with mushrooms

We have this time of the year when we are catching colds. Do not let it catch you, take care of your health from the inside. Remember that a well-prepared food heals and has a huge impact on our body. If properly will take care of it properly yo, you will be rewarded.

Its time for a soup with a little touch of  “fall”, ex. In the form of mushrooms. It will add a delicious flavor.

Egg soup on a broth with mushrooms – pure health!

Preparation:

To the broth, add the thoroughly washed mushrooms and heat it over high heat. Add ginger and bring it to a boil. After boiling, add Tamari sauce, pepper, thyme, salt and Chinese cabbage or spinach leaves. Cook over high heat for approx. 2 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate glass beat the eggs. Reduce the heat and add eggs, chopped chives and cherry tomatoes. The egg should be ready within a moment.

Serve immediately after cooking 🙂
