Asparagus tart (gluten-free)

No way – we will eat asparagus every week 😛 It’s too short in the market to enjoy it fully, so let’s benefit 🙂 We can enjoy young asparagus already! 🙂

I mixed all the ingredients for the pastry. Then I put it in a cake tin. I blended ingredients for the pesto and spread it over the pastry. Asparagus, cut in half and washed, I put on the pastry. Sprinkled with olive oil, I baked for 45 minutes in 170°C with the fan on.

Yummy!
