Spaghetti squash with fish

Ingredients:

1/3 of a large spaghetti squash (hard to describe the size, when buying a squash we should predict for how many people we will cook, however this squash is mostly in large sizes)

1 large carrot

a pinch of turmeric,

a pinch of curry

a pinch of thyme

sea salt

black pepper

a little bit of balsamic vinegar

olive oil

Remove the seeds and cut the squash into large pieces. Bake with peel on for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
On a pan, simmer sliced carrots, add spices.  Steam the fish, add pepper, salt and thyme.

Make “Pasta” from the squash by using a fork, start at one end and scape the “noodles” out lengthwise.


Place the pasta on the plate, add the stewed carrot and steamed fish.

Yummy!
