POWER BALLS – A NEW VERSION

I know you already know them, but I’ve heard that you also like them :), so I thought I’d come up with a new version of this ‘powerful’ snack.

Taking into consideration that making them is a piece of cake, I recommend that you eat them not only as an after training snack, but also in times of winter blues. But don’t eat too much :)).

Now let’s get to the complicated process of doing them 😉 Mix all of the ingredients in a blender, form balls and… ready! Put them into the fridge for a few hours. Perfect for a lunchbox meal.
