Sweet Tart – gluten free, no eggs, no dairy
How about a tart today?
Let it be gluten-free and no eggs, with sour fruit and sweet crust.
Here we go!!!
Tart Crust
I soaked dried fruit and mixed them in a bowl with other ingredients. Then I put the paste in the tart mold, left it in the freezer for 20 minutes and set about preparing the colour layers.
White Layer
I blended all ingredients and put the mixture on the crust, still keeping it in the freezer.
Pink Layer
I simmered the ingredients and let the paste cool down. Then I poured the mixture on the crust as the cover layer and let it all freeze again.
You can decorate the tart with available fruit.
