Gingerbread Cookies Revised

It’s Saint Nicholas’ Day today which always reminds me that it’s time to start preparing for Christmas 🙂 This period is extraordinary. It’s time for our family, our loved ones, and friends. It’s worth slowing down a bit and enjoying this magical season.

And when we talk Christmas, there must be some gingerbread cookies! I’m sure you know my favourite recipe which you can find HERE. But this year I’ve prepared a new one, perfect for kids. You must try it 🙂

Preparation:

I mixed all the ingredients and kneaded the dough. Then I wrapped the dough in baking paper and refrigerated it for 30 minutes. I rolled out the chilled dough and cut out cookies with cookie cutters. I baked them for 10 minutes at 180°C.
