Lunchbox: Turkey Salad

I can’t wait for spring to come. It’s definitely a time that motivates me more: longer days, more sunshine and all the colors around me. It makes you want to live! That’s why I decided to prepare a salad, which can partly compensate for the waiting. It’s delicious, healthy, and very functional: you can take it with you on a trip or to work!

Preparation:

I seasoned the meat and fried it in hot butter. Then I diced the fried turkey and the tomato. I mixed the rocket, tomato, turkey, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
