Have you enjoyed my ideas for healthy meals so far? This time I have a recipe for a nutritious drink based on fruit and plant-based drink. Spring is finally here and there’s more sunshine with every day! Everyone is waiting for first strawberries and lettuce from their own garden 🙂
The freeze-drying process is a great alternative to retaining the taste and nutritional value of vegetables and fruits. It consists in the direct removal of water from a frozen product, bypassing the liquid state. That is why today we will use cranberry in this form 🙂 In combination with the banana, the qualities of which I mentioned HERE , and raspberries (rich in fiber, vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6 and potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron) you will prepare a nutritious shake that can enrich your daily menu with a set of vitamins and minerals which support your immunity. Stay healthy!
Preparation:
I blended all the ingredients and poured the mixture into a tall glass. I decorated it with fresh raspberries and Cranberry Lio Shake.
