Chocolate and banana smoothie

Today I will propose  a recipe for a chocolate and banana smoothie that will add a smile to your face and will positively affect your mood.

Banana is an excellent source of potassium, which ensures the proper functioning of the circulatory system. They also contain a lot of fiber to support the work of the digestive tract. Cocoa, on the other hand, is a good source of magnesium and compounds with antioxidant activity. The tryptophan, serotonin and dopamine found in the cocoa beans affect the production of endorphins, which have a positive effect on our mood 🙂

A method of preparing:
Mix everything. Once done, the smoothie should have a chocolate brown color.
