I want to share with you another recipe from my Diet & Training by Ann app. I have fat and protein breakfast on my menu today, and that’s a bacon and mushroom omelette – that’s the kind of breakfast I love the most! Check for yourself how easy and pleasant cooking can be 🙂
Chop the bacon and put it on a hot pan, cut the mushrooms and onion and add them to the bacon, along with salt, pepper and chilli pepper. Fry for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Melt coconut oil in a clean pan, pour in the egg mixture and put the lid on. When the eggs set, flip the omelette. When ready, put the bacon and mushroom mixture on it, sprinkle with chopped chives, fold in half and put on a plate.
