Zucchini Pancakes

Let me show you my recipe for dinner today. Quick and healthy. As usual 🙂 Following the BOOST YOUR HEALTH! campaign, I describe the good features of individual ingredients in the meals. What am I going to write about today?

Today it’s going to be about regular mealtimes. You know very well that every ingredient in your menu matters, also for your immunity. 

The entire meals that contain them and the times at which you have them are just as important. You should remember about providing the right amount of energy and regular mealtimes because supplementing energy in the right amounts guarantees that the body will fight all bacteria and viruses that surround it with all possible forces. That is why I encourage you to make sure you have breakfast within one hour after waking up, and eat every subsequent meal every 3-4 hours. Also, don’t forget about dinner, which should be eaten 2-4 hours before going to bed.

Note that as part of the #stayathome campaign, you can try regulating the hours of meals! Make the most of this time by taking care of your body!

 

Preparation:

I grated the zucchini, removed excess moisture, added all the ingredients and combined them with my hand. Then I formed pancakes and baked them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees. You can also fry them in a pan with the lid on 🙂 I served them with a bit of thick coconut milk on top.
