A bit of chocolate for birthday :)
When we achieve something , when we possess the thing we desire, or when we solve a problem , we say that we are happy.
We feel joy, satisfaction and pride – emotions that eventually pass . Happiness can also be a permanent feeling. We can feel it from the moment when we will start to appreciate what we have . Family, faithful people, work, the ability to develop passion , someone’s nice gesture , overjoyed dog snout, our advantages, the beauty of nature , health.
Gratitude is an approach to life – said Dr. Robert A. Emmons of the University of California at Davis . Even if not everything goes as planned , we should feel the gratitude and we should practice this art in order to arm for the worse moments – explains Emmons .
You can find many reasons to be thankful and to be happy every day! This practice helps to build your confidence.
I wish you and myself a healthy self-confidence and long lasting happiness 🙂
