A Cherry Desert

I adore cherries for their juicy and slightly tangy flavour, but also for their extraordinary nutritional value. They are rich in antioxidants, contain a lot of vitamin C and B vitamins. What is more, they have great health-promoting benefits. Studies have shown they can be helpful in the treatment of colds and fever. Unfortunately, they don’t last long when fresh and that’s why I recommend freezing them so that you can use them throughout the year. The important thing is that when frozen, cherries retain their characteristic color, taste, and smell.

Preparation:

Cook the cherries in water with flaxseed, blend all the ingredients.
