A Cocktail for Athletes

The cocktail today is a recipe for those who like to be active. Bananas are the ideal fruit for athletes! They are rich in simple sugars which are quickly absorbed by our body and as a result are a great post-workout snack. Bananas help in the recovery of muscle glycogen after training. They also contain lots of potassium, magnesium and tryptophan which improves our mood mood 🙂  

 

Preparation:

Mix and blend all the ingredients.
