Duck stew for you today.
I made a duck broth (along with the bones and feet, recipe here), took the breast out and sliced it in pieces.
I added sliced vegetables onto a pan: zucchini, carrot, pepper. I let it steam and added spices. Halfway through I added the tomatoes and the meat, let it steam for a little while longer and added vinegar.
