A Rich Avocado Smoothie

Avocado is rich in nutrients. It is a valuable source of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (eg vitamin E, K, folic acid, carotenoids) and minerals (eg potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron). Literature shows many pro-health properties of avocado In my kitchen, I use them to prepare dips, vegetable and fruit salads, soups, ice-cream, and desserts, as well as smoothies. Today I have a recipe for a nutritious avocado smoothie!

Preparation:

I blended all the ingredients with plant milk.
